  • How can I make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made directly on our website or by contacting our customer service team. Simply select your preferred villa, check availability, and complete the booking process online.

  • Are pets allowed in the villas?

    Yes, we have some pet-friendly villas available. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we can ensure you are booked in a suitable villa.

  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?

    The minimum stay requirement varies depending on the season and the villa. Typically, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Please check the villa details or contact us for specific information.

  • Are there any additional fees?

    Additional fees may include a cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), and local taxes. All fees will be clearly listed during the booking process.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require different times, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Do guests have access to the Dorado Beach Club resort amenities?

    Yes, but guests need to apply for the House Guest Membership program. Only Dorado Beach Resort guests can apply.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our Concierge and Hospitality Services are open 24/7.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If at any point you wish to cancel, any payments made will be returned pro-rata provided we are able to rent the Villa pro-rata to another guest – minus a $250 administrative handling fee.
