Relax in this stylish 500yr old home with an uninterrupted view of the ocean and to 16th-century San Cristobal fort. Interior patio with hammock and comfy patio furniture. First level; Interior patio, A/C living and dining rooms, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Spiral stairs to the second level; A/C master bedroom/full bathroom, walk-in closet, and a million-dollar view private balcony; A/C guest room with 2 Juliet balconies, full bathroom, antique wardrobe. Third level; rooftop wood deck.


The only way to access the second and third floors is using a set of spiral stairs and wood stairs. For the elderly and/or guests with difficulty climbing stairs, we offer a queen sofa bed on the first level.


Both second-level bathrooms have an adapted bidet.

All three bathrooms are provided with a shower, toilet, and hand sink.

    Bedroom #1 – Master Bedroom, en-suite:

    Honeymooners and romantics love the spacious master bedroom.

    The ocean-blue outdoor blends with the interior – creating a relaxing romantic ambiance.

    You’ll be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean and wake in the morning kissed by tropical sunshine luring you to get up and explore the beauty and magic of the Island.

    This bedroom offers a King Size Bed, Ocean Views, a Private Balcony, a Spa Bathroom with an open shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and double vanities


    Bedrooms #2 and #3, both en-suite, are named the “Vanilla” and “Chocolate” Suites:

    These two suites are on the main floor.

    The living spaces are in the center with one suite on each side of the Villa. This arrangement provides optimal privacy for guests sharing with friends or other couples – since each offers their own ocean view patio and bathroom.

    Both suites offer Queen Size Beds, En-Suite Bath, Private Patio, AC Units, Flat Screen TV’s, and Direct-TV Programming.

    • Chef Services: We will be happy to arrange chef services so you can come back after a day of adventures and exploring to a ready-made dinner which you can enjoy inside in the dining area, or poolside to the sounds of ocean waves.
